Have your self look radiant in 3 days. This is a detoxification plan offering three-day varied diet to aid in the natural cleansing of your body.
Day 1
You can always start detoxifying yourself anytime and for whatever reason may it be. This plan may be to boost your regular body detox or it could be because you’ve had a week full of meat, alcohol, and carbs.
But whatever the reason may be, the first day usually starts as you wake up. The moment you get off the bed, have yourself a large glass of hot water and a thick slice of lemon.
For breakfast, have another large glass of hot water and a thick slice of lemon. This time around, add a large glass of radiant juice and a mug of nettle tea. At midmorning, have another large glass of hot water and a thick slice of lemon.
Meanwhile, a large glass of tomato juice mixed with garlic and onions with a mug of mint tea is best drunk at lunch. At mid afternoon, you be asked again to have another large glass of hot water and a thick slice of lemon.
Also, by supper, you can choose from having mango, kiwi or pineapple juice along with a mug of nettle tea. Before going to sleep, don’t forget your lime-blossom tea.
Day 2
The only difference of Day 2 from Day 1 is the diet from supper up to bedtime. For supper, a large bowl of fresh fruit of salad will be taken in. It should include apple, pear, grapes, mango and berries. Do not include banana. A handful of raisins should also be chewed very slowly along with handful of unsalted cashews. A mug of mint tea will also be drunk. A large glass of hot water and a thick slice of lemon will be drunk by evening. And before bedtime, a mug of chamomile tea with a teaspoon of organic honey will be taken in.
Day 3
You’ll have to take in a large hot water by the time you wake up along with a thick slice of lemon. At breakfast, repeat the one you take upon awakening but now with fresh fruit salad. The same fruits must be included but add 2/3 cup of plain yogurt and a tablespoon of unsweetened muesli and a glass of fruit or vegetable juice of your choice.
You’ll have watercress soup with chunk of whole wheat bread. Remember, it should not have any butter for lunch. Match it with a cup of Indian tea or any herb tea. At mid afternoon, take an apple or a pear. And for supper, reward yourself with zucchini pasta, tomato salad and a cup of Indian tea or herb tea.
With this plan, your body will surely be able to function more effectively after removing the toxins out of your body which is the main cause of many health issues as digestion problems, heartburns, diarrhoea, and constipation to name a few.
